 The cost of peer support through Peer Support NC ranges from $60 to $90 per week (billed every 4 weeks) and it is based on your location, preferences, and specialist availability. You can cancel your membership at any time, for any reason.    (Includes a weekly live session and text, audio and video messaging anytime.)

 Phone sessions are a great way to conveniently speak with your specialist by simply using your landline or cell phone, no matter where you are.

To talk with your specialist over the phone, you will need to schedule a time with your specialist. The specialist will call you to start the phone session.  

 Your membership payments will be charged to a credit card or debit card on a recurring basis. If you accomplish your goals or if you find peer support with Peer Support NC to no longer be helpful for any reason, you can simply cancel the subscription. 

 You can also have a video session with your specialist where you see each other and talk with each other in a virtual face-to-face setting (similar to Zoom).

To talk with your specialist via video, you will need to schedule a time with your specialist. Your specialist will then prompt you to start the video session. After you confirm, you will immediately begin video chatting with your therapist.

You have many options for how you choose to communicate with your specialist. You can send audio, video, or text messages to your therapist at any time. You can also schedule weekly live sessions (30 to 45 min) with your specialist to communicate via phone, video, or live chat.

You can ask to be matched to a different specialist.

Yes. Peer Support NC accepts HSA/FSA cards and is an eligible expense under most HSA/FSA providers.
